About the role
- Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for SAP Ariba modules (SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, Buying)
- Act as the primary contact for end users requiring troubleshooting, issue resolution, or process guidance
- Organize and lead support-related meetings including scheduling, facilitating discussions, tracking actions, and driving closure
- Collaborate with Innomotics teams, buyers, requesters, and technical experts to resolve complex incidents and service requests
- Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend process, configuration, or system improvements
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across procurement users globally
- Assist with testing activities related to new features, enhancements, releases, and system upgrades
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks
- Maintain documentation related to support procedures, recurring issues, FAQs, and system changes
Requirements
- Experience in procurement domain (applications or operations)
- Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules – Buying, Sourcing, Contracts (SLP knowledge preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and handling user requests
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process documentation (SharePoint, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement best practices
- Awareness of procurement compliance and global process standards
