About the role
- Consolidation, analysis, and reporting of all financial activities for worldwide External Manufacturing operations.
- Drive the planning process with Finance BPs for budget, forecast and strategic plan; coordinate deliverables and validate estimates.
- Monitor monthly consolidation closing process and report variance analysis and quarterly landing.
- Partner with External Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, M&S Finance and Finance Hubs; ensure clear communication on deliverables and timelines.
- Contribute to projects: gather inputs, build models and scenarios.
- Review financial reports for accuracy and integrity; identify inconsistencies and obtain corrections.
- Perform control checks on submissions in TM1 financial system for accurate, complete and timely financial records.
- Support Head of Finance on data gathering and analysis for presentations, performance reporting, budget cycle and project investments.
- Collaborate on forecasting exercises: consolidate inputs, provide analysis and reporting.
- Assist management of External Manufacturing Central Functions to support monthly close analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with internal audit, external audit, and SOX deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and perform ad hoc analysis related to External Manufacturing perimeter.
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance is required.
- Financial analysis background.
- Pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- High acumen in managing different systems (TM1, SAP, SharePoint, expert Excel).
- Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural, fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude; comfortable when interacting with senior leadership; strong communicator.
