About the role

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals to promote Sanofi products
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics and market trends
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Record customer interactions and insights in CRM system
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sanofi products, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape
  • Deliver clear, compliant, and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals
  • Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines regarding promotional activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare policies, and market dynamics
  • Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and local laws
  • Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities and expenses
  • Follow proper protocols for reporting adverse events
  • Understand boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement activities
  • Work closely with medical teams when HCPs request specific medical information
  • Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal stakeholders
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience: freshers / Prior experience in pharma sales is preferred
  • Soft skills: Communication/presentation skills/ Selling and negotiation skills.
  • Technical skills: Product knowledge/Market Knowledge/Business Policy Knowledge
  • Education: B. Sc. Or B.Pharma Preferred
  • Languages : English
