Collaborating with PCU/APU Lead and other transversal functions to create a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Working with all levels of leadership to realize CI value and impact, escalating issues if necessary.
Collaborating with the HSE SC specialist to support at best the PCU on HSE activities and CI processes.
Training and coaching the team on problem-solving and root cause analysis tools.
Facilitating the Level 1 CI process, including coordinating CI projects prioritization.
Leading the development and continuous improvement of role cards and standard work plans.
Leading Level 1 CI meetings, ensuring the CI board is updated by project owners.
Contributing to CI projects at Level 2 CI meetings and escalating major impacts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field with 3 years of experience, or master's degree with 1+ year of experience
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
