About the role

  • Champion the customer as a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst
  • Manage the customer shipment plan
  • Maintain effective replenishment plans and optimize truckload efficiencies
  • Drive continuous improvements within the order generation process
  • Provide regular and ad hoc analysis
  • Support the standard work for the use and optimization of internal software
  • Maintain optimal replenishment settings for customers
  • Ensure accurate and efficient VMI replenishment process to wholesalers
  • Deliver shipment plans to achieve desired inventory targets
  • Monitor, escalate, and resolve shipment risks and service level impacts
  • Ensure replenishment settings align with company policies for desired stocking levels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and support demand and KPI root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years broad-based supply chain / inventory / replenishment planning experience in a CPG, VMI, or allocations operating environment
  • Strong analytical abilities with an ability to manipulate large data sets a must; Basic to Intermediate Excel skills a must
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to task with a strong sense of accountability
  • Detail and action-oriented self-starter who is flexible to work in an exciting and ever-evolving business
  • Strong personal responsibility and individual accountability in their work
  • Statistical analysis (Preferred)
  • CPG / Retail allocations experience a plus (Preferred)
  • Commercial planning and allocations systems experience a plus (Preferred)
  • ASCM/APICS certification preferred (Preferred)
  • Preferred degrees: Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance/Accounting, Economics, General Business degree (Preferred)
