About the role
- This role is primarily dedicated to the Health Plan insurance service lines and is responsible for leading the copy strategy for a variety of health plan products and campaigns.
- Works closely with marketing leadership to lead the development and execution of high-level enterprise concepts and strategies.
- Influences and preserves the Sanford voice and brand.
- Uses business and brand insights, as well as analysis of a variety of complex health care business lines and services, to develop strategic solutions for traditional and digital channels.
- Drives enterprise-level creative strategy with deep expertise in conceptual development and cross-disciplinary communication.
- Leads high-impact campaigns across varied specialties and audiences, tailoring content to complex market needs while upholding brand integrity and advancing business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors in journalism, mass communication, English, writing/rhetoric, creative writing, or related field is required.
- Minimum of five years of writing experience is required.
- Experience in a healthcare field is preferred.
- When applicable, the employee must have a current valid Category II driver’s license and meets all medial guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers.
