About the role
- Purchasing services and product standardization for all IT hardware and software related needs across the enterprise.
- Manages and performs IT hardware lifecycle services (i.e; purchasing, receiving, asset tagging, distribution, and recycling)
- Owns the vendor relationship, product selection, and secure print environment for multi-function devices.
- Owns the vendor relationship for recycling services.
- Responsible for identifying and managing potential risks of delivering the support services required to support and enable Sanford Health's current and future business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise for governing bodies to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Works with business partners to support and inform the financial and strategic management used to enable the enhanced performance of Sanford Health.
- Employs performance development programs that result in both individual and team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business or a related field.
- Minimum of four years' experience in management required.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification preferred.
