Project Manager

• Coordinate and oversee the development of projects;
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficiency and quality;
• Maintain effective client relationships and review proposed solutions;
• Organize and monitor project schedules, also managing financial timelines and continuously evaluating results;
• Ensure the firm’s vision is clear and that all team members are engaged and aligned with team objectives;
• Make decisions regarding the alternatives to be followed;
• Assist in the preparation of Conceptual Design Studies and Analysis of Alternatives for defining treatment processes and equipment, as well as technical-economic feasibility studies;
• Analyze, size, diagnose and support projects for new wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), including identifying issues and presenting engineering solutions with calculations/dimensioning;
• Prepare Technical Reports, Design Basis Reports (Memorial Descritivo) and Operation Manuals;
• Attend technical site visits, perform diagnostics and propose improvements for wastewater treatment plants;
• Conduct feasibility studies of new technologies and/or products aimed at optimizing Opex vs. Capex.
