Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the successful execution of the company's strategic contracts, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
Manage strategic and large-scale contracts, acting as the primary party responsible for their execution and performance.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, scope, schedule, budget and established performance indicators.
Continuously monitor contract health, identifying risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure the achievement of the technical, financial and commercial results expected for each contract.
Track indicators for schedule, cost, quality, productivity, margin and client satisfaction.
Support negotiations of amendments, contractual revisions, claims and scope changes.
Promote contract risk management.
Periodically report results to Executive Management.
Develop leadership and strengthen a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitation or related fields.
MBA or specialization in Project Management, Leadership or Business Management.
Advanced or fluent English.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in sanitation projects.
Experience in managing large-scale contracts and projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
