About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on the development, maintenance, and remediation of BIM standards in Revit.
  • Focus on families, parameters, templates, and RVT, RTE, and RFA files.
  • Support testing and evolution of internal tools, plugins, and automation routines.
  • Work on organizing libraries, reviewing families, and standardizing parameters.
  • Make template adjustments and validate Revit files.
  • Support the alignment of internal standards and resolve technical issues related to Revit usage.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Familiarity with RVT, RTE, and RFA file formats.
  • Solid fundamentals in creating and editing parametric families.
  • Understanding of instance, type, shared, and project parameters.
  • Ability to interpret technical issues and propose clear, objective fixes.
  • Organizational skills to manage libraries, naming conventions, revisions, and standards.
  • Genuine interest in BIM, automation, technology, and process improvement.
  • Agility to quickly learn, test, document, and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to technical work.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with C#.
  • Experience developing or testing plugins for Revit.
  • Familiarity with pyRevit, Dynamo, the Revit API, or Windows-based automation.
  • Experience with model cleanup, hydraulics, structural, MEP, or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, or technical data organization.
  • Ability to convert repetitive problems into automated solutions.
