Support Engineer

• Brindar soporte técnico especializado a las áreas de Servicio, asegurando el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos de Perforación en faena
• Ejecutar instalaciones, reparaciones, diagnósticos avanzados y análisis de fallas en equipos Sandvik en terreno y/o talleres
• Elaborar informes técnicos, presupuestos e instructivos de trabajo
• Liderar capacitaciones y proporcionar soporte técnico a clientes y equipos internos
• Proponer mejoras en productos y procesos, considerando eficiencia y sustentabilidad
• Validar garantías, gestionar reportes y mantener información en sistemas Sandvik
• Identificar oportunidades comerciales durante las intervenciones
• Actuar como referente técnico frente al cliente, generando soluciones de valor
• Realizar diagnósticos sistemáticos de fallas y proporcionar soluciones rápidas, correctas y seguras
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el cliente, actuando como asesor(a) de confianza y determinando la solución adecuada
• Reportar los casos relevantes de productos en los sistemas de la División

Technical Support

• Drive lead generation, sales growth, and business development for digital and automation solutions
• Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline using digital tools and Customer Relationship Management systems
• Develop strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders

Field Engineer

• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and to identify faults and failures
• Adjust equipment and repair/replace defective components or systems as required to restore the equipment to original manufacturer specifications
• Verify the proper operation of repaired equipment
• Commission new equipment
• Accurately complete time sheets, technical reports, failure reports and parts lists
• Stay current with industry developments, customer needs, products and technical best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
