About the role
- Assist in creating and supporting IT plans aligned with departmental goals and objectives
- Provide support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, including networks, telecommunications, hardware, servers, basic software, and databases
- Help evaluate and implement new processes and technologies to improve system performance and efficiency
- Support IT planning activities, including risk identification and lifecycle tracking
- Assist with managing IT requests, projects, and system or infrastructure enhancements
Requirements
- College or university education in Information Technology or a related field
- 2-5 years of direct IT support or related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, cybersecurity, and computer hardware
- Experience with Workday and Dayforce is considered an asset
- Bilingual in French and English
