About the role

  • Assist in creating and supporting IT plans aligned with departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, including networks, telecommunications, hardware, servers, basic software, and databases
  • Help evaluate and implement new processes and technologies to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Support IT planning activities, including risk identification and lifecycle tracking
  • Assist with managing IT requests, projects, and system or infrastructure enhancements

Requirements

  • College or university education in Information Technology or a related field
  • 2-5 years of direct IT support or related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, cybersecurity, and computer hardware
  • Experience with Workday and Dayforce is considered an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English
