About the role
- Sales management
- Define a development strategy tailored to the assigned customer portfolio
- Support sales leadership in preparing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure engagement
- Deliver the full Coromant offering by coordinating support from specialists, technical sales teams or external partners as required
- Provide the CVF (Customer Value Framework) to clients to showcase our value proposition to customers in the assigned portfolio
- Regularly review results and proactively develop corrective actions to meet the objectives of the Local Business Plan (LBP)
- Maintain existing market share and identify new opportunities within the customer portfolio
- Provide accurate, timely market intelligence on customers and competitors
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in sales and marketing management, including skills and knowledge of cutting tools
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, economics or a related field
- Proven track record of strong commercial results
- Project management knowledge and experience required
- Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial terms with industrial customers
- Experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Valid driver's license in the province of residence
