About the role
- Drive regional sales and business development for Screening Solutions
- Own P&L, forecasting, and profitability targets
- Act as senior technical and trusted advisor to customers and sales teams

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in mining, screening, or mineral processing
- Strong technical background combined with business development experience
- Proven ability to influence, lead without authority, and drive results
- Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM
