About the role
- Create and lead the execution of strategy and business plans for each selected customer
- Contribute to and execute LBP activities as they relate to key customers in conjunction with the local sales management team
- Develop and implement business plans and customer value propositions (CVPs)
- Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to drive execution
- Support local sales teams in achieving targets and removing barriers to success
- Negotiate and implement commercial (NPC) partnership agreements globally
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practices across the Key Account network
- Monitor account performance, forecast business trends, and report to senior leadership
- Assist FLS to drive sales of our more advanced products and services
- Organize executive visits and customer engagement events
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proven success in account or sales management, with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in the metal cutting industry, MTM, or project management is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and levels
- Comfortable working in a global matrix organization
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
