• Lead the development and execution of AI strategy focused on internal process excellence
• Build and guide a team of five AI specialists and shape the AI & Automation team from the ground up

• Lead divisional and business unit marketing strategies for automation and digital mining technologies

• Oversee internal and external communications and represent the division in global forums
• Shape and execute product launches, events, and creation of brand-consistent assets
• Collaborate across functions from product management to sales to amplify messaging
• Track performance metrics and share insights to inform decisions
• Report to the Vice President of Automation and sit on the Business Unit Management Team

Marketing and Communications Director – Automation and Digital Mining Technologies

Manager

• Diseño, implementación y evaluación de sistemas de sostenimiento en túneles y excavaciones subterráneas.
• Supervisión de proyectos técnicos en campo, incluyendo pruebas de desempeño de productos y soluciones de fortificación.
• Interacción directa con clientes mineros, brindando soporte técnico-comercial y seguimiento postventa.
• Gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios (ingenieros, técnicos, personal de ventas y operaciones).
• Participación en procesos de licitación técnica y elaboración de propuestas comerciales.
• Visitar regularmente a clientes en campo, brindando asesoría técnica y detectando oportunidades comerciales.
• Crear relaciones sólidas con todas las áreas del cliente, desde gerencias hasta usuarios operativos.

• Apoyar en la toma de decisiones de compra y en el cumplimiento de metas de venta.
• Asistir a conferencias y seminarios del sector con aprobación gerencial.
• Compartir información técnica y comercial con el equipo de ventas.
• Documentar retroalimentación de clientes y recopilar información valiosa proporcionada por los posibles cambios en el mercado.
• Identificar y reportar no conformidades y oportunidades de mejora.
• Definir estrategias comerciales y técnicas para nuevos productos.
• Analizar KPI’s técnicos del área.
• Establecer pruebas de control de calidad para productos comercializados y producidos.
• Participar en el análisis técnico de licitaciones y elaboración de propuestas comerciales.
• Apoyar al área comercial en el cumplimiento del presupuesto mensual de ventas.
• Coordinar la estrategia técnica y colaborar en el plan de marketing.
