About the role
- Lead divisional and business unit marketing strategies for automation and digital mining technologies
- Guide and support dedicated marketing teams and drive product positioning
- Oversee internal and external communications and represent the division in global forums
- Shape and execute product launches, events, and creation of brand-consistent assets
- Collaborate across functions from product management to sales to amplify messaging
- Track performance metrics and share insights to inform decisions
- Report to the Vice President of Automation and sit on the Business Unit Management Team
Requirements
- Strong foundation in marketing, business, or engineering
- Experience leading commercial and marketing strategies across complex organizations
- Understanding of the mining industry and digital transformation
- Experience in customer-focused roles and with digital marketing tools
- Strategic leadership and ability to turn insights into action
- Native-level spoken and written English
- Ability to represent the division in global forums and communicate internally and externally
- Willingness to travel; preferably based in Tampere, Brisbane, or Montreal
