About the role
- Assist with recruitment and the "candidate journey" from posting ads that stand out to ensuring a seamless interview experience.
- Take the lead in organising our career events and presence at the Universities. You’ll be the face of Sandfield at uni career fairs!
- Coordinating soft skills and technical training, tracking progress, and gathering feedback.
- Planning company-wide events and social activities such as our monthly Fun Food events.
- Adhoc projects, onboarding and HR administration that support the smooth running of the office.
