• Responding to initial integration leads and enquiries both nationally and internationally which will require some after-hours contact
• Writing proposals for existing customers and new prospects
• Working with the team to ensure accurate time frames for proposals
• Working with marketing to set up campaigns
• Monitoring and reporting on campaigns
• Updating the website with relevant information and case studies, which would help customers purchasing decisions
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences
• Assist in the presentation of proposals to larger prospects

• Design user interfaces and craft user experiences for digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and deliver a seamless user journey
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to guide development teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives
• Ensure cohesive UI design across mobile and web platforms
• Act as a Figma lead for prototyping and design collaboration
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies and apply best practices
• Support a team of developers (170+), shaping the user experience and visual design of internal and bespoke software solutions
