• You will work in the Chief People Office closely with the divisional leadership and in direct proximity to the Chief People Officer, supporting both strategic and operational matters
• You will contribute to a variety of projects with changing focuses and take responsibility for structured implementation—particularly in HR with regard to organization, processes and digitalization, but also at the executive level
• You will proactively drive topics within the Chief People Office, structure complex issues and independently manage subprojects—from conceptual development through to implementation
• You will prepare presentations, analyses and decision documents for top management in a clear, target-group-appropriate manner
• You will coordinate HR-internal alignment formats, prepare meetings substantively, facilitate selected meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions
• You will work closely with HR specialist departments, the executive board, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
