About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You analyze operational processes and data within hospital procurement and supply processes, identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions together with the relevant departments
  • You manage and support cross-departmental process and digitization projects — from analysis and concept development to implementation and performance monitoring
  • You further develop reporting, KPIs and cost-effectiveness analyses and derive well-founded recommendations for action for departments and managers
  • You coordinate cross-departmental topics and bring relevant departments together to jointly implement process improvements
  • You standardize processes, document workflows and develop training and onboarding concepts to ensure sustainable implementation of new standards
  • You support the division management with strategic special projects and business development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a completed degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy analyzing complex data and processes, identifying relationships and deriving optimization opportunities
  • You have experience in project and process management and handle projects and tasks in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
  • You maintain an overview even when working on multiple parallel topics, set priorities and work purposefully with different departments
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in purchasing, logistics or supply chain management — preferably in healthcare or a hospital environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP and have an interest in reporting, process modeling, digitization and the use of AI-supported solutions to automate and optimize processes
  • You are willing to travel and regularly support projects on site
