About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work in the Chief People Office closely with the divisional leadership and in direct proximity to the Chief People Officer, supporting both strategic and operational matters
- You will contribute to a variety of projects with changing focuses and take responsibility for structured implementation—particularly in HR with regard to organization, processes and digitalization, but also at the executive level
- You will proactively drive topics within the Chief People Office, structure complex issues and independently manage subprojects—from conceptual development through to implementation
- You will prepare presentations, analyses and decision documents for top management in a clear, target-group-appropriate manner
- You will coordinate HR-internal alignment formats, prepare meetings substantively, facilitate selected meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions
- You will work closely with HR specialist departments, the executive board, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are looking for an exciting challenge in a position initially limited to two years with high visibility within the corporate environment
- You have strong project management skills and work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way on complex issues
- You present yourself confidently and communicate effectively at different levels, including with top management
- You analyze issues quickly, think in an interconnected way and rapidly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
- You bring a high willingness to learn, flexibility and a strong interest in HR and organizational topics
- You combine strategic and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality in implementation and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders
