About the role

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise Sprinklr implementations for strategic clients, ensuring the solution is properly designed, configured, integrated, and optimized to meet business goals.
  • Act as the technical lead and escalation point for complex challenges.
  • Mentor and develop the implementation team by establishing best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with client technical leaders and internal global teams.
  • Ensure technical governance, architecture reviews, and pre-sales validation delivering successful, measurable go-lives.
  • Lead platform configuration across Sprinklr modules (Social, Insights, Marketing, Advertising, Advocacy).
  • Set up environments, users, permissions, workflows, and governance structures.
  • Complete and manage Build Requirements Workbooks based on discovery outcomes.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into platform configuration decisions.
  • Coordinate UAT and resolve configuration issues.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation phases.
  • Support adoption through best-practice configuration and enablement.
  • Participate in global delivery sessions and knowledge-sharing forums.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience implementing SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience with platform configuration, workflows, permissions, and governance.
  • Comfortable leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into builds.
  • Experience with integrations, analytics setups, or authentication workflows.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with PMs, strategists, and client teams.
