💰 £29,000 - £31,000 per year

About the role

  • Support, develop and implement all HR related processes and strategies aligned to the business objectives
  • Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters
  • Be responsible for all HR management and development
  • Monitor, manage and measure and report on HR issues
  • Keep up to date with HR legislation and provide relevant training as required
  • Admin related tasks including end to end TUPE management and managing recruitment process
  • Manage a training plan for required training and support learning and development needs

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a HR generalist, in an HR environment Officer/Adviser/Generalist role
  • Knowledge of employment law, ER processes, Right to Work and DBS checks, TUPE law and ER practices
  • Experience of report writing utilising excel, word and power point
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Problem solving skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
