💰 £29,000 - £31,000 per year
About the role
- Support, develop and implement all HR related processes and strategies aligned to the business objectives
- Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters
- Be responsible for all HR management and development
- Monitor, manage and measure and report on HR issues
- Keep up to date with HR legislation and provide relevant training as required
- Admin related tasks including end to end TUPE management and managing recruitment process
- Manage a training plan for required training and support learning and development needs
Requirements
- Proven track record as a HR generalist, in an HR environment Officer/Adviser/Generalist role
- Knowledge of employment law, ER processes, Right to Work and DBS checks, TUPE law and ER practices
- Experience of report writing utilising excel, word and power point
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
