Lead and drive key sales programs that support GTM execution, prioritization, implementation, and operationalization of large-scale cross-functional initiatives
Enable a high-performance sales team by leveraging technology, automation, and best-in-class methodologies to streamline operations and improve forecasting accuracy
Lead program execution and manage operational cadence for quarterly/annual planning, performance reviews, and organizational processes
Drive end-to-end coordination for strategic business reviews and events, aligning stakeholders and preparing content
Develop and manage planning cadences, program roadmaps, and milestone timelines
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Enablement, and other teams for clear communication, ownership, and alignment
Drive change management for process improvements and ensure teams are prepared and supported
Monitor program progress through KPIs and milestones and identify areas for improvement
Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year institution
6-8 years of experience in program management, sales operations, strategy, or consulting (ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment)
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM programs that improve sales execution and scalability
Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery (framing needs, scoping, roadmaps, partnering, defining KPIs, reporting results)
Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions
Strong communication and written language skills including clear and concise documentation
Proven track record of building trust and effectively partnering with executives, managers, front-line teammates, and cross-functional partners
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure; skilled at prioritization conversations and discussing tradeoffs
(Ideal) Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products
(Ideal) PMP certification or Agile/Scrum Certification
