About the role

  • Assist ConvergeOne in instilling quality and learning best practices across field teams (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, post-sales teams)
  • Create and deliver tools, processes, and training that elevate the quality of the sales teams
  • Conduct end-to-end training needs analysis to increase sales effectiveness and drive revenue
  • Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify gaps in resources and training
  • Assist in the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
  • Train on sales methodology and other selling skills
  • Support and inform the salesperson onboarding process and adjust training as company and product mature
  • Assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
  • Develop and manage performance tools, processes, and programs
  • Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
  • Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning
  • Design and evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems
  • Assist with development of performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress-tracking methods
  • Work with enablement team to assess and develop KPIs and performance goals for positions and departments
  • Manage logistics for onboarding and training programs
  • Own weekly sales communique and coordinate timely content with extended teams

Requirements

  • Experience managing and designing sales tools and enablement platforms (SharePoint, Enablement Platforms such as Brainshark, Highspot, ZoomInfo etc…)
  • Analyzes Enablement tools and program metrics
  • Builds leadership dashboards and communicates appropriately to the leadership team
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies
  • Experience effectively tracking performance and metrics across an organization
  • Project Management skills are a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience managing field transformation, corporate alignment, system and/or process integration initiatives
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • A passion for continuous learning and development
  • Initiative and resourcefulness to learn new products and industries quickly and effectively on your own
  • Superb people skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence people who do not report directly to you
  • Ability to collaborate well with people across different functions, geographies, and levels
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring people

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Education or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred
