About the role
- Create and support Samsara's cloud-first IT strategy
- Manage vendors and evaluate new products
- Respond to internal requests for support
- Develop automation to improve workflow
- Plan and integrate tools and services for workplaces
- Configure and manage cloud-based telephone systems
- Mentor new hires as the organization grows rapidly
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in an IT Role
- Must have experience working with Okta, Google Workspace
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Tier II escalation support experience.
- Must reside in Canada
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) preferred
- Technical Certification
