About the role

  • Lead enterprise-scale portfolio governance and execution across multiple product & engineering pillars in Digital Enterprise Technology's Salesforce on Salesforce organization
  • Drive strategic alignment, execution rigor, and operational excellence across complex, multi-cloud programs
  • Oversee a high-performing organization of Portfolio Leaders and Technical Program Managers responsible for delivering large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Define and operationalize portfolio management frameworks that align investments to Salesforce's highest value strategic priorities
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage capacity, and optimize ROI
  • Establish portfolio health metrics, OKRs, risk frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms
  • Drive execution of large-scale, cross-cloud technical programs including AI platform capabilities, infrastructure modernization, and platform scalability initiatives
  • Ensure technical alignment across architecture, security, reliability, compliance, and data governance
  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and systemic execution bottlenecks across global teams
  • Build, mentor, and scale a best-in-class Portfolio & TPM organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VPs, SVPs, and EVP stakeholders internal to SFonSF Technology and across business teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent technical leadership experience (advanced management degrees preferred)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in roles leading leaders of leaders
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-product, enterprise-scale programs
  • Proven ability managing large technology portfolios with complex operational aspects
  • Experience engaging SVP-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Strong financial and operational literacy with experience connecting technology delivery output to business outcomes and market impact
  • Experience leading annual planning, capacity modeling, and investment prioritization at scale
  • Cross-functional expertise; ability to navigate complex structures beyond your team, understanding how Technology, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue operate
