Lead the development of in-house Tooling powered by modern AI including Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce LLM Gateway
Own high-impact, multi-month initiatives across the portfolio
Define the scalable technical frameworks and architecture
Act as the primary technical voice in assessing AI tools and infrastructure investments
Build coalitions for cross-functional strategy execution
Establish organizational standards for technical translation
Coordinate release trains and align enterprise-level roadmaps

Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
Strong background in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management
Deep knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, LLM Gateway) and Data Cloud
Current Salesforce AI Specialist and Data Cloud Consultant certifications are required (in addition to Administrator)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience acting as a Product Owner in a scaled Agile environment
Proven track record of aligning backlog priorities with business objectives and delivering high-value increments.
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
