Requirements

Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management.
Deep knowledge of the Automotive and/or Energy industries, with the ability to anticipate market trends and align them with technical solutions.
Salesforce Administrator (Required), Advanced Administrator, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud certification
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Experience acting as a Product Owner in a scaled Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. Ability to tailor messages to specific audiences and use storytelling to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
