- 7+ years combined experience in Sales and Sales Enablement function
- Analytical skill set to drive insights from data
- Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to design enablement programs
- Experience enabling Sales Leaders
- Understanding of the Cloud industry
