About the role
- Hire, develop, and coach talent at all levels in the team
- Partner with Sales to create a GTM strategy and execution plan
- Drive effective operational cadences and reporting for the team
- Participate in strategic deals and support team members as needed to grow the business
- Drive strategic initiatives and programs across Solution Engineering to actively support innovation
- Partner with Solution Engineering leadership to drive scale and a top performing pre-sales team
Requirements
- 3+ years front-line SE leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience leading or participating in complex Solution Engineering organizations
- Track record in building organizations and hiring, training, retaining top talent
- Proven record of strategizing on large, complex sales, with evidence of value and solution selling skills
- Ability to act as a force multiplier and have a passion for the industry, team and team members’ success by providing technical and subject-matter guidance, sales-process and presentation skills coaching, career development and mentorship
- Understanding and experience in architecture, integration, and automation technology
- Effective in customer facing/live engagements
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Salesforce
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
