About the role
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data modeling team
- Define and own enterprise-wide standards for data models
- Partner and consult for Data Science, Automation, and Application teams
- Design and govern implementation of hybrid-cloud data models
- Lead the design and modeling for the Enterprise Knowledge Graph
- Serve as the chief arbiter on data modeling methodologies
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on data modeling
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing technical modeling teams
- Expert-level mastery of major data modeling methodologies
- Proven experience building and optimizing data models on hybrid-cloud stacks
- Mandatory expertise with Snowflake
- Deep experience modeling MDM golden records and hierarchies
- Deep understanding of the data modeling challenges within a multi-org Salesforce CRM environment
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Knowledge Graphs
- Demonstrable experience with modeling unstructured data and designing integration with vector embeddings
- Exceptional communication skills
