About the role
- Drive the end-to-end staffing lifecycle
- Balance GDC demand with internal capacity
- Own the sourcing and allocation of consultants
- Drive alignment between stakeholders
- Lead staffing meetings with GDC stakeholders
- Maintain absolute accuracy in our backend systems
- Identify bottlenecks in the staffing workflow
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services staffing, Resource Management, or Operations
- Proven ability to manage and work as an independent Staffing Manager
- Ability to navigate "matrix" ways of working
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or PSA tools (FinancialForce/Certinia)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while managing tight deadlines
