About the role
- Engage with Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements
- Provide strategic consultation and recommendations for customers to implement independently
- Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for broader Cloud Success organization
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Identify capability gaps, recommending product enhancements or creative custom solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
- Collaborate with diverse teams of professionals
Requirements
- 8 years proven experience in Enterprise consulting
- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Cloudcraze
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
- Very good understanding of B2B Commerce development tools (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Platform, APIs, Standard and Custom Objects)
- Experience with System Architecture design and Integration Patterns
- Experience optimizing B2B Commerce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
