About the role

  • Engage with Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Provide strategic consultation and recommendations for customers to implement independently
  • Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for broader Cloud Success organization
  • Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Identify capability gaps, recommending product enhancements or creative custom solutions
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Collaborate with diverse teams of professionals

Requirements

  • 8 years proven experience in Enterprise consulting
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Cloudcraze
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
  • Very good understanding of B2B Commerce development tools (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Platform, APIs, Standard and Custom Objects)
  • Experience with System Architecture design and Integration Patterns
  • Experience optimizing B2B Commerce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset
