- Help drive projects from inception to completion, determining the best use of resources
- Support all aspects of global trademark prosecution and policing practice
- Lead evidence collection efforts for trademark and marketing matters
- Perform preliminary reviews of marketing content and claims for compliance
- Handle the end-to-end contract lifecycle management
- Innovate by creating and refining legal processes
- Serve as a team champion for adopting AI technologies to transform workflows
- Identify non-obvious legal issues and proactively manage risks that could impact brand value
Requirements
- Significant experience in global trademark prosecution and policing
- Deep knowledge of trademark and marketing law
- Experience with technology transactions, IP licensing, domain name enforcement, and consumer protection is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational skills and incredible time management
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize a high-volume global docket of trademark prosecution
- A passion for improving workflows, implementing automation, and building scalable processes
