About the role
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into product usage, performance, and trends.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define key product metrics and ensure consistent, accurate measurement.
- Architect and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and analytics frameworks in collaboration with Data Engineering and data platform teams.
- Translate business and product questions into clear analytical views, enabling stakeholders to self-serve insights.
- Develop compelling data visualizations and narratives to help teams and leadership understand product performance.
- Monitor product health metrics and proactively surface trends, anomalies, and areas of opportunity.
- Contribute to data governance, metric standardization, and documentation to ensure analytics accuracy and usability.
- Support recurring reporting needs for product reviews, planning cycles, and executive dashboards.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner, helping teams interpret data and ask better questions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
- Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools, particularly Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured, large-scale datasets
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable data pipelines and analytics architectures
- Strong understanding of product metrics and KPI development (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences through visuals, dashboards, and presentations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams
- Strong attention to detail and data quality, with a commitment to building trusted, reliable reporting
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A related technical degree required.
