About the role
- Lead the development and execution of Salesforce’s global workplace and facilities strategy
- Serve as a key member of the REWS leadership team
- Oversee the Global Hospitality and Facilities Management Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences
- Assume fiscal responsibility for Workplace Services through financial planning
- Ensure workplace solutions reflect cultural and regional diversity
- Assess, evolve, and optimize global facilities management service models
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with peers, senior leaders, and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive global corporate experience in workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience
- Ability in managing tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus
- Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, subject to frequently changing priorities, utilizing problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a geographically dispersed professional team while supporting an organization during a time of rapid growth
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones worldwide
- International travel, approximately 25% of the time, as needed
- Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
