About the role
- Design and demonstrate Employee, Service, and other types of Agentforce Agents
- Collaborate with customers to identify foundational data-centric solutions
- Serve as an expert on trust and governance of AI
- Lead "Build with AI" workshops and develop high-impact Proofs of Concept
- Collaborate directly with Salesforce Product Engineering to relay field requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales
- B.S. computer, engineering, mathematical, or equivalent technical experience
- Deep understanding of multiple LLM models
- Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search
- Familiarity with ethical implications of Generative AI in government
- Ability to pivot from deep-dive technical discussions to high-level strategic presentations
- Salesforce AI Specialist Certification (or equivalent)
