About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions during implementations.
- Serve as the program manager for new customer onboarding projects.
- Facilitate customer planning sessions to ensure plans are reviewed.
- Provide regular customer updates for the Executive team and Senior Management.
- Leverage the Product & Technology, Operations, Revenue, and Wealth teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling internally.
- Act as an SME for customers to assist in navigating their implementation.
- Own delivery tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for assigned customers.
- Analyze and utilize data from new and existing customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience of enterprise-focused technology implementation, project/program management, and/or management consulting work experience.
- Experience working in wealth management/wealth technology.
- Hands-on experience leading SaaS-based implementations including tracking, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators of project health.
- Ability to develop strategies and standard operating procedures for SaaS-based implementations and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Must be flexible with working hours in order to meet our customers needs and answer their questions in a timely manner.
- 4 weeks of vacation in addition to a company wide shutdown between Christmas and New Year
