About the role
- Work on interesting and high-quality projects with some of the best engineers and architects in the USA
- Serve as Project Manager/Lead Acoustics Consultant on a variety of projects
- Assist, support, and mentor other acoustics team members
- Interact with clients and design team members on a daily basis
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in acoustics design and measurements for the built environment
- Experience in environmental and architectural acoustics, field measurement, and on-site construction observation
- Ability to design and prepare acoustics reports, conduct drawing reviews, perform calculations related to sound isolation, noise control and room acoustics
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or other STEM fields
- Skills and experience in computer modelling (SoundPlan)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
