About the role
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries by providing accurate information
- Develop business plans for assigned territory
- Engage with customers and partners to maintain a high level of service
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans
- Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages
- Manage discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization
Requirements
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong understanding of identity security solutions and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to engage with decision makers throughout the sales cycle
