About the role

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries by providing accurate information
  • Develop business plans for assigned territory
  • Engage with customers and partners to maintain a high level of service
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages
  • Manage discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization

Requirements

  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of identity security solutions and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to engage with decision makers throughout the sales cycle
