About the role

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
  • Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team and participating in regular team meetings and supervision.
  • Manage electronic documentation efficiently using the company EMR and telehealth platforms.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development focused on geriatric psychology.
  • Provide care with flexible scheduling; no on-call responsibilities; Sailor Health sources patients so therapists can focus on therapy.

Requirements

  • Completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Florida.
  • Experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Comfort with technology; teletherapy experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and set hours within Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM window.
  • Options for 1099 or W2 engagement; therapists seeking 25+ hours/week may qualify for W2.
