About the role
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet unique patient needs
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team
- Manage electronic documentation using EMR system
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training
- Set and manage your own schedule within Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
- Ability to manage electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Eligibility to work as 1099 (15+ hrs/week) or W2 (25+ hrs/week) as specified
