Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
Communicate cross functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
Requirements
Required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
*Preferred:* Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
**Active State License(s) in SD**
Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
Experience with crisis intervention/deescalation and safety/treatment planning
Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
