About the role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with global broadcasters
- Work with broadcasters to confirm event schedules
- Collect audience viewership data from broadcasters
- Work alongside the media rights team for broadcast renewals
- Produce top-level event audience reports for internal distribution
- Ensure all required information is shared with broadcasters
- Coordinate commentary briefings and distribute broadcast paperwork
- Act as the in-house main point of contact for content-sharing platform
- Write and distribute a monthly internal newsletter
- Provide general operational and administrative support
Requirements
- Demonstrable interest in media rights and broadcast
- Knowledge of sports landscape beneficial
- Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient organizational, prioritization, communication and administrative skills
- Able to communicate confidently and adapt communication style
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Works effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment
