About the role

  • Own the technical activation and measurement foundation for paid media
  • Responsible for tag implementation, platform integrations, campaign quality assurance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reliable data flow and scalable solutions
  • Manage and audit tag management integrations across platforms
  • Implement and maintain tracking across marketing platforms and events
  • Provide end-to-end support for tag implementation and pixel deployment
  • Support the enrichment of analytics, platform and audience data
  • Create and maintain documentation for tagging frameworks
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and data gaps
  • Ensure adherence to privacy requirements across implementations

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in ad operations, ad tech, programmatic or digital monetisation environment (publisher, agency, platform or supply-side)
  • Strong grounding in digital advertising fundamentals
  • Technical knowledge of ad tracking, pixels and tag management systems
  • Experienced across ad serving and video delivery technologies
  • Comfortable operating in a growth environment
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong appreciation for data accuracy and validation
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Able to communicate confidently and adapt communication style according to stakeholder needs
  • Able to work independently, but values working collaboratively as part of a team
