About the role

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
  • Stay informed on compliance and risk management market developments and trends
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of SAI360's software and services to high-level executives
  • Travel to meet clients onsite when required

Requirements

  • Proven success managing and growing large, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
  • Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges
  • Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS Governance, Risk management and Compliance products
  • Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors
  • Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
  • Confident personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus
  • Disciplined time and territory management skills
