About the role
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
- Stay informed on compliance and risk management market developments and trends
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of SAI360's software and services to high-level executives
- Travel to meet clients onsite when required
Requirements
- Proven success managing and growing large, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
- Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges
- Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS Governance, Risk management and Compliance products
- Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors
- Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
- Confident personality with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus
- Disciplined time and territory management skills
