Designer

• Partner directly with external clients as the voice of SAI360, leading discovery calls to understand their needs and translating these insights into tailored learning solutions.
• Analyze target audiences and learner environments to design and write engaging, learner-centric materials (including e-learning, offline materials, coaching guides, job aids, and curated content) in accordance with adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content managers, product management, project management, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products.
• Incorporate instructional design best practices and push technical boundaries using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI design tools.
• Adapt to and gain proficiency in using SAI360's proprietary authoring tools, content management systems, and internal workflows.
• Balance and prioritize multiple active content and library-based initiatives concurrently, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines.
• Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions, converting data insights into performance outcomes.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through both manual and automated testing

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts for web applications, conducting functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and Agile teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in close cooperation with development teams
