About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the successful delivery of all elements of learning programs tailored to customers’ contractual entitlements
Hands-on management of customer projects
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers, and cross-functional teams
Ensure delivery of high-quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes for all projects
Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
Conduct project kickoff calls, analyze needs, and develop plans
Run project meetings, status updates, and communicate outcomes
Scope change requests and communicate risks while working proactively to mitigate them
Track and report results within project management tools
Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate experience
3 years’ experience in a customer-facing and/or production role
Proven success managing high, concurrent volume of projects and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
3 years’ experience using Smartsheets or similar project management scheduling tool; Smartsheet Dashboard experience a plus
The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, ethics, and/or governance industry, or EdTech.
