About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with external clients as the voice of SAI360, leading discovery calls to understand their needs and translating these insights into tailored learning solutions.
Analyze target audiences and learner environments to design and write engaging, learner-centric materials (including e-learning, offline materials, coaching guides, job aids, and curated content) in accordance with adult learning principles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content managers, product management, project management, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products.
Incorporate instructional design best practices and push technical boundaries using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI design tools.
Adapt to and gain proficiency in using SAI360's proprietary authoring tools, content management systems, and internal workflows.
Balance and prioritize multiple active content and library-based initiatives concurrently, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines.
Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions, converting data insights into performance outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
Client-Facing Skills: Proven success in customer-facing roles, with exceptional relationship-building, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
Creative Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking, storytelling, and experience designing curricula, learning objectives, and job aids.
Technical Toolset: Hands-on experience using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, and Nano Banana.
Adaptability & Resilience: Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to proprietary, less modern software tools and systems while maintaining design excellence.
Work Ethic: A self-motivated contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
